Badging OFFICE

The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) Badging Office issues, tracks, and manages the employment ID badges and security credentials of:

  • Airport employees
  • Airline employees
  • Concessionaire employees (those who work in retail shops, restaurants, rental car operations, etc.)
  • Business partner employees (Transportation Security Administration or TSA security officers)
  • Airport service provider employees (those working for fixed-base operators like Signature Flight Support, Hawker Beechcraft Services, and Million Air)

All employees must have the proper security and identification credentials to work on airport property at the Indianapolis International Airport.

The Badging Office is located in the lower level of the passenger terminal. On the north end of Baggage Claim, locate Bag Claim 6. Look for signs directing you to the Badging Office and a hallway on the back wall behind the baggage carousel. Enter the hallway and turn left; the Badging Office is at the end of the hall on your right.
